So it was amazing to make this music video for Sony & Elvis Presley Estate’s new Elvis album ‘Viva Elvis’. Suspicious Minds is the title track from the album and one of my favourites. The brief was to make Elvis the new big star who is performing to us now. Footage was chosen from his 68 comeback special because of how great he looked and his brilliant performance. Elvis was mostly kept in silhouette as he didn’t actually sing Suspicious Minds in the special, instead the editor Nick Hristou chose and synced up shots where his body language made him look like he was performing the track. Thanks to Passion Pictures and the fantastic crew for making this happen.

Director Chris Hemming
Producer Katie Mackin & Julie Murnaghan
Editor Nick Hristou
Assistant Editor Tim King
Production manager Aline Ngo
Dancer Samantha Jackson
Choreographer David Leighton
Hair and make up Celine
Compositors Johnny Still, Stephane Coedel & John Williams
2d animator Jeroen Jaspaert
3d light animation Wes Coman
3d stage render Stu Hall
3d modeller Ian Brown
Rigging Chris Dawson
LED animators Dickon Knowles, Giles Dill & Andy Baker
Rotoscoping Ray Lewis, Michael sofoluke, Daniel Milles, Ashwini Prabhu & Usun Hu

I Miss the Nineties by The Winter Olympics. It was broadcast before the start of NBC’s new flagship show to 14.5 million viewers.

Our influence was the simple and stylish 60s classic TV titles like Bewitched and I dream of Jeannie. The animation, which was done in a combination of Flash and traditional 2d, leaned towards the limited look of those early shows, with fuller animation used in the sporty action sequences.

Produced by Katie Mackin at Passion Pictures

This is my educational film about the liver.
